The perfect exotic getaway begins at Paseo del Sol! It is a beautiful and modern complex surrounded by gorgeous palm trees in a tropical setting in the gated community of Playacar phase 2. This prime location allows guests to explore activities and entertainment all within walking distance. The famous 5th avenue is a 25-minute walk where you will find shops, dining, bars, and beach clubs. A little closer stroll will lead you to Plaza Playacar Center where you will find shopping and restaurants along with some Mexican souvenirs at the plaza next door. For those avid golfers you are only steps away from the famous Hard Rock Golf Club. Ask us about our special golf rates!

This contemporary 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom unit is in a resort style condo hotel where you can relax and enjoy your home away from home. The condo has marble floors and air conditioning throughout. Our recently remodeled kitchen is finished off with a large marble island, bar stools, modern lighting, and new stainless-steel appliances. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a brand-new stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. For your convenience there is also a washer / dryer in the condo, 2 televisions with cable TV, water dispenser and gas grill.

The master bedroom with TV and en-suite bath has a king size bed and balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. You will find lots of closet space to unpack and get comfortable during your stay. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower with double sinks. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, lots of closet space and a small balcony overlooking the pool area. It has an en-suite bathroom with one sink and walk in shower that is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and ample closet space as well.

The dining area seats 6 or you can enjoy our bar stools and sit around our gorgeous white marble island while enjoying your cocktail, snack or meal prepared in our kitchen.

Onsite amenities boast a magnificent 95-meter pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, tennis court, elevator, safe, fitness facility and business center. Steps from the lobby is a picturesque 6-kilometre walking/biking path that encircles the vibrant tropical setting of Playacar.

Wonderful location and wonderful property

Our stay at this location was a great experience. We loved the unit as it was perfectly outfitted for our family. We had everything within the unit to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with utensils, plates, cutlery, appliances, etc. The condo unit was very clean and well provisioned. The condo amenities were up to date and the pool was a big plus for our family. The staff around the condo were friendly and helpful. All around it was a great experience and we can’t wait to return.
