Welcome to our beautiful and comfortable space, where you can get to know the best beaches of the Mexican Caribbean in just a few steps. Our apartment is located in Playa del Carmen, in the exclusive and private area of Playacar Phase 2, very close to the ferry to Cozumel and the famous and cozy Quinta Avenida.

Get to know the Mexican culture, the beauty of the crafts that you will find in the shopping square that is a few blocks away, walk between gardens and the golf course of the area, simply beautiful

Entering the Apartment, you'll find a 3-in-1 (Living, Dining & Kitchen) Open concept space with a Balcony as a visual highlight. The Kitchen is Equipped with everything you need for your Vacation.

A Table for 6, a Screen, a Sofa Bed, A/C, and on the Balcony, you'll find a small Table for Drinks and 2 Chairs.

Passing this area, there's the hallway that leads to the Bedrooms, but before the Bedrooms, there's the Bathroom with a Shower, Sink, and Toilet.

The Bedroom 1 is at the back left and has a KingSize Bed, 2 Nightstands, A/C, a Closet, and it´s own Complete Badroom...

The Bedroom 2 is at the back right and has two Double Bed, 1 Nightstand, A/C, and a Closet.

The Apartment is on the 1st Level of the Building. There are Stairs, just infront of the Pool, beautiful green and colorfull gardens and just a few steps from the golf course.

As your Reservation date approaches, you´ll receive the necessary Information for your arrival, as well as your Digital Access Code.

Your Arrival Pre-Registration will be available at the Guard Caseta. You must show an official ID to Complete your Registration.

The apartment is at the end of the hallway just infront of the Pool...
