Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. There is music from 5th but mostly you only hear the bass. I have been to cancun 5 times and this resort was definitely one of the best. The hotel feels newer and clean. Staffs were super friendly. There are multiple activities by the pool area including water volleyball, beach volleyball, bingo, iron man contests, etc… beach is spacious and not busy. We liked the towel system, you need to return your towel every time you leave so chairs are not occupied with unclaimed towels. The food was okay, not much variety each day but it was delicious.
