It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is so much good food by. In the heart of everything and a great price. The water pressure is the only downside to this place. I will stay here again many times.

It’s a pretty honest and budget friendly hotel. If you need a safe and cheap place to sleep, I would recommend Pousada Papagayos. It’s 2 blocks away from the Main Street/beach which allows you to be in the buzz and at the same time find some more local cuisine. If they have better towels, I would be way more pleased and willing to give higher stars, but overall is a fair place to stay

Close to Main Street but quiet. A bit expensive for what they offer. Will need and upgrade on bed sheets and towels as they are old, and not so clean. This is one of the very few hotels that offers hot water.

For the price, the area was decent and the property was decent. It was older but it was clean. The staff is what made it well worth it. They were friendly - went above and beyond to help -always greeted us when we came in and always said goodbye and have fun when we went out. They were helpful with places to eat and sights to see. This was a nice hotel as for walking to the beach and attractions in the area like 5th ave. The one thing I didn’t like is that the room really needed black out or thicker curtains as my room shared windows with the hallway and the opaque curtains did nothing to shield the hallway lights from beaming into my eyes at night. Overall the place was clean, and I would stay there again.

I am not sure what all the criticisms are for. Decent hotel 5 minutes walk from the beach, friendly staff at the front desk, warm water in the shower each night. Neighborhood was not run down as people stated. Not super elegant but suited me just fine for a couple days.

Crappiest place ever

Horrible place to stay. Its dirty bedding was stained, sheets had holes. Stay away. Their parking is a lot full of trash that you have to park on top of. We left after check in due to room conditions.

Prooerty was not great but fine. Only time i talked to the staff they were very helpful but they weren't overly friendly. The towels were old and the ceiling fan was filthy. I liked the location. 5 min walk to the beach and 5 th ave also.
