Stayed here with 3 others in the double deluxe room for college spring break. Hotel was perfect for the price. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily. We booked the shuttle to the airport through them as well. Would definitely reccomend

This was my fourth stay at Hotel LunaSol and it was terrific once again. The service is friendly, the housekeeping is attentive and the grounds are peaceful considering we're in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a genuine PDC experience.

Hotel LunaSol was lovely 😊 we had a really clean and quiet room that was so close to everything on 5th Avenue, we came and went several times during the day. The turtle pond in the entry was a cool surprise and the pool area was tranquil and quiet. We will stay there again for sure!

Property was fairly close to everything, staff were excellent, rooms have no drawers or coffee makers etc. but were clean. Community kitchen is by the pool outside, fridge worked as did microwave and stove, they have a toaster oven as main stove oven didn’t appear to be working. They could’ve used some more cutlery. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Basic but clean. Good shower. Good location for walkability. Room was quiet despite a Carnaval concert a few blocks away. Cleaning staff were very careful with our stuff and front desk was helpful. Great value hotel. Hard to beat for the price and location. Just close enough where everything is within walking distance but just far enough from the clubs so you can’t hear them. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. Off-street parking was very convenient. Rooms were very large and clean; they were a bit dated, but for the price, can’t really complain. Main downside were the mosquitos in the room, but I know it’s hard to control. Other than that, can’t beat the value so I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived home from our holiday to Mexico and whilst unpacking we realised that we were missing several of our small souvenirs. Whilst the monetary value of these items was relatively low we have lost part of our holiday memories. After reviewing where and how these items could have been lost the only possibility is that they were taken by a member of staff for resell. We have since looked at several other reviews of this hotel by other customers who experienced losses but the hotel are quick to try and deflect the blame back at the guests.
