This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is just one block from the beach and steps from the best section of 5th Avenue, with restaurants, cafés, and shops all within easy walking distance. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, and the two additional bedrooms each have two queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs.

The boutique building has only 12 units, offering a quieter atmosphere. Enjoy the infinity rooftop pool with Caribbean Sea views, cabana beds, and a shallow lounging edge. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and one garage parking space.

This is a residential building with strict quiet hours after 9:00 PM and no parties allowed.

Please note that electricity is expensive in Mexico. Kindly avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the unit, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge. Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kWh) and a larger refundable deposit is required to cover these expenses.


There is no need to have a car here, you are very close to everything. If you do have a car, there is a parking space in the garage under the building. There is no garage door opener. Please park the car on the street, and enter the front door of the building, go down to the garage and open it with the button near the door.

This is a small building with long-term residents, and the condo association enforces strict rules and fines to maintain a respectful environment for everyone. By booking, you agree to follow these rules.

- No parties, loud music, shouting or noise that would disturb neighbors after 9 PM

- No towels on balcony railings

- No glass on the rooftop (plastic cups provided):

You’ll receive one warning for rule violations. Continued issues will result in immediate fines from the building.
