Staff were friendly and respectful, however, overall cleanliness/condition of facility was poor: broken equipment in room, noisy HVAC/inoperable wall mounted HVAC controls, shredded window screens, room cleaning services regularly forgot to restock items like toilet paper, tissue, towels, and bedding was only remade instead of changed. Noticed a couple garbages that were never emptied. Concerns stated to front desk were not immediately addressed, and in a couple cases took days for a response followed by incomplete resolution.

First of all the lobby literally smelled like garbage. There were pieces of wall hanging off in our room. There was no way to get the TV to work without having someone from the front desk come up and get it to work. And when we went to the pool, we got to sit next to a big bag of dirty linens.

First room the toilet kept running and the heater didn’t work. Second room had a VERY smoke odor. The floors were dirty and in general the hotel was in poor condition.

The room was clean, but in disrepair. The entrance light flickered; the electric outlet in bathroom did not work; the bedside table drawer was unhinged and broken. There was no desktop pad, no information on how to operate the tv, and the hassock had a dried stain on it. The rest of the room was clean, but there was no hairdryer.

Quiet area. Hotel needs some love. I rated so low because it took 10 days to get my room cleaned & there was a lot of wear & tear on the room & hotel itself that made me question my choice to stay here. Never had issues outside of what I listed above. Front desk staff was attentive but again I had to ask everyday for a week to get room cleaned so I don’t know if that was front desk not communicating to cleaning or cleaning just negated to do what was asked
