We arrived at 3:20. The room was not available until 4:20. Two of my friends had to wait to get into room until 4 :30 or 5 pm. The hotel staff were clearly overwhelmed. My room had an odd odor. The thermostat did not work . The temperature in the room was 80 degrees. Ideal for us would have been 72. We tried to turn it off, but it would not turn off either. One other friend had similar problem and was moved to a different room. The hotel was very full with a wedding party and a kid hockey team. The next day they did offer to move us to another room , but we were out and did not return until the evening when we were too tired to switch rooms. The front entrance is being repaired so we had to walk around. The lights in the parking lot were not on.

Will never stay here again

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! There was 3 of staying, we booked a room with 2 queen beds months prior to our stay. When we arrived we got to our room at it was only a king bed. We went back down to the front counter and the manager was rude about it, and told us they over booked and didn’t have a room with 2 queen beds for us. So one of us had to sleep on the worst couch in America. When it came time for bed there was no extra bedding for the couch so I called the front desk to get some and they brought a fleece blanket & a pillow that was basically air. The man was rude about having to bring it to our room also. All they could offer was a free app. At the restaurant which I didn’t use because I was not paying for a meal at that place after paying the amount of money I did to sleep on a couch!

The shuttle service is free but I waited 40 minutes and the shuttle had not even left the hotel. Had I known that I would’ve taken an Uber. And then I had to do not disturb sign on my door and the cleaning staff removed it and came in anyway. Previously I was happy with this hotel, but I don’t think I will stay there again after this experience

Great place

Nice staff. On -site bar but also other options close by. Room and property were clean and quiet. We were there for 3 nights. Free airport shuttle. Eggs N at next door was great for breakfast.

Maybe don’t charge an “early check in fee” when a person calls 24 hours in advance to let you know they are coming in early. Then make them wait 3 hours in the lobby to get a room after they arrive off an overnight flight.

DoubleTree is a solid stay....always

DoubleTree Hotels usually don't disappoint. We found the location to be perfect with enough dining options nearby. We were here for a family wedding and found the hotel to be clean, nice staff, and somewhat reasonably priced.
