Browsed breakfast buffet (which looked nice) but knew of a great local breakfast spot just down the road so opted for that. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Front desk staff was absolutely lovely. Airport shuttle was easy to use. And the cookies, of course, were yummy!

Room was not very clean. Had to call front desk for vacuum. Dust top of beds light fixtures by bed very dusty. Cabinet were mini frig looked liked never dusted. Shower has mold and hair around drain . Thermostat cover fell off.. no vent in bathroom so got very hot in room. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff all around . Just needs better cleaning. Glad i had disinfectant cleaner with me. And used a wash cloth to dust. Should be reimbursed for some stay for the dirtyness. Pictures i have if needed

Check-in was super easy. We needed bedding for our pullout sofa and the front desk was very helpful and staff quickly brought what we needed. Nice room, no weird smells. Close to PIT airport. Area seems nice.

Sure, here’s a more natural, less AI-sounding version: The heater didn’t work on our first night, and when we asked to change rooms, we were told there were no rooms available. Maintenance didn’t come until the next day. Room service wasn’t so good either, no clean towels or basic refresh. Honestly, it didn’t feel like the usual Hilton DoubleTree experience.

The room was in poor condition. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were not changed. There was hair everywhere. The room was not cleaned. Insects were found. When I complained, they changed my room, but the second room was even worse, with hair all over the place. I complained again, and then I finally got a clean room. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodated our requests. Apologized as well. But I cannot expect this from Hilton Hotels. Not happy at all.
