Stayed for 2 nights during this weekends snow storm because I work in the area. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The room was fantastic! Recommend the one bdroom suite with fireplace if you need a little cozy getaway in the winter. The restaurant had amazing food and service. If ever needing to stay there again because the weather. I definitely will not hesitate. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

This is an older property that has been updated. What it has going for it are very warm and friendly staff, it is pretty clean (a couple of missed spots like dusty towel bars), and restaurant/bar was actually pretty good. The room temp was really uneven, the bed was meh (but pillows were great) and housekeeping was kind of sloppy; no towels in the room when I got there and when I called down for some, they brought one bath towel, no hand towel, no washcloth and the daily service was a bit haphazard. Still, the location was great for me, and the staff really were very accommodating so I’d return.

The staff was outstanding; the room was excellent. I was incredibly disappointed to find out that you still hadn't fixed the computers in your office section. I couldn't sign into my email and print out my boarding passes for my flight home during my stay one year ago, and they still didn't work on this visit, one year later, are you kidding me? I had to go to Office Depot to print out the boarding passes.

Julia, FD manager was superb. Was able to change our room to one that we thought we had booked, hdcp. accessible, and was otherwise, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The room is spacious and beds comfortable but only complaint is lack of storage space for clothes and hooks or rods to hang wet towels, etc.

The rooms werent nice at all. Lets start with the first room. So the door opened without the key. Also the ac when you tried to turn in down would automatically turn to cool even though i wanted heat. The show also had very little pressure. Then they moved me to another room which the curtains were messed up and there was drawings on the artwork done by someone else. The ac also mad noises keeping you up all night long.
