Liked location. Staff went above and beyond. Very friendly, helpful and responded to emails and texts promptly. Close to T so convenient to go into city. King bed very comfortable. We brought own pillows so cant speak for those. Nice to stay for a couple days!

This is a budget friendly option for Pittsburgh. We booked it for a concert. It was very reasonably priced. It is dated (a bit scary), but clean and sufficient. One thing I would say that it does smell like the rooms have been previously smoked in. We never saw or talked to a staff member. Check in was done online and they text me a code for the door. I would definitely book again for the same purpose.

The hotel is old, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the shared pantry/kitchen is also nice. The room was clean, basic and met our needs for a goods nights rest. It's a no frills option for individuals looking to save some money from the overpriced options of downtown hotels. That being said, It's just a short 10 minute car ride from everything.

The building itself looked to be in disrepair. The toilet leaked and the towel bar fell apart. The hallways smelled of smoke. Walls very thin, you can hear people three doors down. Didn’t leave enough towels. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff is only there until 8pm, the rooms floor was sticky, the toilet leaked water everything you flushed out the side, the sheets had stains and multiple cigarette burns. 3 floors up and elevator broken. Never again.

When I arrived, I was told that the hotel was overbooked by 9 rooms thus far that day. I was forced to find another hotel. The manager told me it was not their fault, but "Expedia's" fault. Seems doubtful, but whatever. Shifting blame is never a good practice. Own your mistakes...

The room was simple but clean. That said, I stayed there for five days and nobody ever came by to change the sheets or give me clean towels. Because the office hours were limited and I was out for much of every day there was no person on site that I could ask about this. As other guests have stated, the water was not exactly hot, more like lukewarm, so not an enjoyable shower experience. If you are looking for a VERY basic and absolutely no frills place to stay that's on the cheaper side this might be a good place for you.

The hotel is old, however, it is clean. And for me clean is key. We enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in Pittsburgh again, we definitely will check it out again.
This made my day. We arrived in the middle of the night. Everything was dark and this just seemed like a saw movie thing. Off course I took the picture the next day. When it was not creepy. I loved it!!
