Checking in was fine. We were in for a wedding. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to people screaming and fighting. A strange man was banging on doors and trying to gain access to rooms. We did not feel safe! No one was at the front desk to speak to about this!

This was the hardest review I ever wrote. Firsztoff I was looking for an inexpensive hotel a short drive From the Steelers stadium. !2 minute drive and very inexpensive. The elevator from the underground garage ( a great feature) was broken.Completely inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues with no mention on the website or expedia write-up . There is no real lobby and no bathroom other than in your room. It was clean but very Spartan. Having said this it was a great choice for me

Parking was good and safe. Room was clean but liner was ripped, towels was small and soap was tiny but overall price was great,near everything you need. Tv service was ok. Staff was on hand and very helpful. I was very satified with my stay. Thank you i will be spreading the word.

Night attendant was nice. But hair in bed grimy bathroom tv didn’t work fridge didn’t work heard people on the balcony connected to our room all night charged more for a room upon arrival had to wait for lobbyist and call them every time needed them

The hotel is old, however, it is clean. And for me clean is key. We enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in Pittsburgh again, we definitely will check it out again.
This made my day. We arrived in the middle of the night. Everything was dark and this just seemed like a saw movie thing. Off course I took the picture the next day. When it was not creepy. I loved it!!

Parking was easy but definitely not secured i paid for a double room with 2 beds and a pullout i got a single with 1 bed no pullout. No hot water at night the sheets and towels were not clean. The remote didnt work and to top it off the elevator was out of order due to renovation. I informed them i needed a lower level room because of my knees so to climb 4 stairs with luggage was the worst nightmare. The worst rip off ever!
