NEVER STAYED AS I was never able to check in. The hotel canceled my reservation 2 hours before check in and did absolutely nothing to assist with booking or finding another hotel. I was forced to scramble to find a room at another hotel in another area away from where I needed to be with less accommodations for more money. Absolutely awful customer service and no way to conduct business. Spoke with guest care manager Jordan Morris who was unwilling to assist or help. Just said "sorry" and recommended I call other hotels to try and find a room.

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

Breakfast was delicious! Expedia says that there’s a continental breakfast and come to find out that the Courtyard Marriotts do not have that feature. They graciously granted it to me for this stay. I was impressed that they honored the miscorrect advertisement.

Staff was great. The room was not clean. The eye hole was stuffed with paper towel. The middle drawer was broken and the heat/ AC did not work right. It was never comfortable in our room. It was always to hot or to cold. The water took over 5 minutes to heat up in the shower and the water pressure was low the whole time. Not a good experience at all
