Amenities: For EV drivers, a Tesla charger is available.
Utilities: There is a utility usage addendum. If exceeded, we will settle-up at end of rental period.
House Rules: This is a strictly smoke-free property (no smoking within 20 feet of the building). To keep our home pristine, we maintain a no-pet policy.
