Room was clean and smelled good, yes how a room smells makes a difference to me. With in walking distance to several attractions and the island. Front staff was very helpful and friendly. Free coffee all day with french vanilla cream made is well worth it.

After we came back from eating there were other guests standing in our room. They had double booked our room and gave someone else entry as well. Our privacy was severely violated. After the incident we were unable to relax and rest. Hoorible experience without any apologies offered.

Low water pressure and water didnt get warm in shower. The front of the fireplace glass was loose and needed repair. Lamp near fireplace was broken and leaning stand needed repair. Could hear the neighbors beside us and above us through the walls and ceiling. Microwave

This location is great! Right in the middle of everything. You can walk to the Island. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are wonderful!

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely noisy — I could hear every car passing by and sounds from neighboring rooms. Shockingly, there was an unsecured shared door between my room and the next, which made me feel unsafe. The neighbors had a dog that barked constantly, especially when they were away, making it hard to rest. There were people frequently walking past my window and peering in, which felt intrusive and unsettling. I believe they may have been staff or management, but their behavior was inappropriate. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor — a mix of pet smells and mold — and felt poorly maintained. While the exterior of the property looked modern, the interior was outdated, resembling a motel from the 1960s. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement, and overall, the furnishings were old and worn. Given the condition and experience, I would say $15 a night would be a more appropriate rate.

The staff was terrific. However our location was infront of an elevator and parking. The noises were nonstop throughout the day and night. The bed was uncomfortable and there was almost no hot water running in the shower. Also, our room key wouldn’t work off and on. For the price it was definitely not worth the stay. Again, the staff people were very nice however

We spent 3 nights in honeymoon suite and it was fantastic rooom was very clean and twice the size I imagined the hot tub was huge and we was walking distance to so many things we loved it and will return soon
