The parking lot is drawn off very strange and is somewhat inconvenient. The room was clean, but very dated. I could tell that some changes had been made, but it time for the carpet to go away. The staff that we encountered were very nice.

No more breakfast buffet

I've stayed here about 5 times. 1st time was great with a remodeled room. 2-4 trips were ok with the room not as nice. 5th time here we learned they no longer offered breakfast, although it was still mentioned in the ad. The bed was completely wore out with a dip on 1 side. Very uncomfortable. The neighboring room, we could hear them talk right through tge joining door. I had to ask them to quite down even though they were not trying to be loud. Without the breakfast buffet, this place is average. The pool is nice and the kitchenette is nice too but i was expecting breakfast vouchers for the buffet.

The staff did a good job and the pool was amazing for my grandson. My room was not, the door handle on the closet was falling off, the toilet seat was loose and the view from the room / balcony was terrible. For the money I spent I was very disappointed. If it was not for the pool I would have been very upset. In addition the game room was less than enjoyable. the games were as my 7 year old grandson said, rigged.

Great location! Close to everything! Rooms are kinda outdated but clean and I was disappointed that the fireplace was only for show and does not radiate any real Heat. I like that it's really close to everything and they do offer you a free breakfast voucher right across the street but I would prefer it to be inside the actual Resort

The hotel was nice, we loved the heated pool and the slide. Our room could have been better, the shower needed attention, toilet seat was chipped and rough, and the bed was not very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was nice though. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some areas definitely need a little attention.

Needs updating, had a bad smell in hallways and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the continental breakfast since I have 3 kids but when I checked in I was informed they have started having that only on Saturday and Sunday.

The staff was awesome! We had a bunch of stink bugs got in the room and the maintenance guy came straight to the room and got rid of them. Toilet stopped up and again straight up to fix it. They were so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for just the great hospitality and the extremely clean rooms. We so enjoyed our stay and the pool was great!!!
