This place is a gem. It's a perfect location. The rooms are remodeled and modern, very clean. The staff is excellent. They stayed late for us to check-in. They stored our bags for us so we could enjoy Tempe for the day. I would highly recommend!

The staff was amazing here! So friendly in helping us with getting locked out of room and any other requests we had. The rooms are very clean and so is the property. Even though it may not look the most appealing from the outside we will for sure be back to stay here because of the great price, parking and walk ability.

Staff were super nice - check-in was a bit clunky but we were well taken care of and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The only thing was it was very noisy on Mill Ave until 3am when it finally calmed down - we were up at 6am so not a great nights sleep - but it was Friday night so maybe that’s normal
