The receptionist when we arrived was barely civil and unhelpful she sent us to our rooms without any direction. We were roaming around the property around 1am with children and suitcases and were helped by security to find our way. Fortunately throughout our stay a different receptionist helped us a lot as there were a mixed up on my reservations

Not the Taj Mahal

This place is dog meat. I mean it’s bad. It smells bad. Really bad. Like smoke, spilled beer, and one night stands. It’s a convenient location and the staff is very friendly, but it’s a miserable experience. They do provide bottled water which is nice, but if you have another choice, go elsewhere.

Smells like a lifetime of bad decisions

This place smells like an old bar. The carpet smells like smoke. It’s run down 90s decor and the stairs are filthy. Dust bunnies and garbage piles in the corners. The staff is friendly but this property is an absolute dump. They need to power wash the outside areas, and it needs a total renovation and remodel. The shower was broken, the A/C smelled terrible. My clothes stunk after staying here. It was a depressing experience.

Very nice ADA room however the roll in shower was NOT accessible to my son’s wheelchair. The design was totally wrong, There was an entry to a long shower where no assistance could be given.
