Room was clean and was spacious enough for 5 dudes to hang out and sleep in. There was a sofa couch in our room and 2 beds. Large window with lots of natural lighting. Sometimes staff was not around, especially early in the morning. There's a bar on the ground floor and some snacks / coffee for purchase. Would stay again next time.

The Hyatt Place Phoenix is located downtown and while self park ($34 per day) is available, I found it much easier to use the valet parking ($44 per day). The front desk/lobby is very clean and professional. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable and within walking distance of the concert we were attending.
