I would say the rooms and the amenities were good, the bed just a bit too hard for my liking but finally got comfortable. The pool was nice since it was heated and hot tub was gray but they had a chemical balance issue!!! The breakfast was great, like having breakfast onsite and not going to hunt for it!!! The staff, with my small amount of interaction, not the friendliest, no hey welcome when we arrived, or enjoy your stay !!! They need friendlier people on front desk staff!!! Other than that good!!!

We enjoyed our stay. I wish I had a clearer idea of the view of the room, I’d prefer not a partial view. The check in didn’t tell us about breakfast so we didn’t get this til our last morning. The rooms are a little aged and not exactly what I expected. That said, the location was great.

We popped in early to drop of our bags so we didn't drive around with our luggage. Front desk let us know the room was ready and were able to check in extra early and start our getaway sooner than expected!

I would definitely return. It’s cozy place and certainly creates an ambiance and relaxing experience for guests. I enjoyed reading in the evening whilst sitting at firepit. It offers activities such as stargazing and games with ahoy hour and music. Breakfast hit the spot. Good location.

We called the front desk at 9 PM because there was no hot water. They said they would send someone, but we heard nothing for 30 minutes. When the maintenance person finally arrived, we were told to wait another 30 minutes. The front desk simply told us that the manager would be available at 9 AM the next morning if we had any concerns, but the manager never reached out to us afterward. When you’re traveling, an hour is incredibly valuable. We were exhausted and just wanted to shower and sleep, and my daughter had to stop in the middle of her shower and wait because of their lack of care. It was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Not a single person apologized. We paid for a level of service that we absolutely did not receive, and there was no compensation whatsoever. Mechanical issues can happen, but refusing to offer even a simple apology is a serious problem. The service here stands in stark contrast to the beauty of Sedona. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Everything was wonderful except for the tv in our room was tiny and terrible quality like no Netflix and the color quality was awful and we couldn’t fix it. Also the lighting was really bad (dim everywhere) and I think new paint/cleaner walls are in order it just felt a little motel ish for the price I think it’s time for upgrades for the rooms. The location, staff, concierge, parking, free breakfast, heated pool and hut tub were all phenomenal and we absolutely loved it. Just not super impressed with our actual room for the price.

Room was very noisy from people passing by ( a one window was facing the walkway ( open hallway ) the walls are too thin , room next to me were having sex & it seems like was in my room . Oeople were arguing the floor below and I heard their yelling . The bar fridge was very loud as well so I didn’t sleep most of the night . The price for this place was way too high like a Hilton ! Not happy and also they added fee for resort yet non of amenity is open in winter . I never complain but this time I had to complain .
