We've stayed here a couple of times and really like it. The balconies are amazing as we can have food/drinks and the balcony, people watch, and listen to some music that's coming from the van bueren space. Love it

Location is great, short walk to bars and restaurants. This was my 2nd time here. Very strict with checking in at the time to. I tried to check in an hour early 2pm and they told me no, wasn’t even full at all.

Stains on walls and floor. Broken light fixtures and questionable door locks. The hotel was half under construction and located at an unsafe location with extensive homelessness and drug use.

They’re renovating the place so all the broken furniture is out side which seemed very iffy. Our view was a dumpster. The water pressure was sad. The hallways and room smelled like very strong paint.

I recently stayed at this property for a concert nearby, and while there were a few positive aspects, the experience overall was disappointing. The staff were genuinely nice and friendly, they greeted me warmly and were always willing to help, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t live up to expectations. The photos online were quite misleading; the space looked much more modern and well-kept in the pictures than it did in person. When I arrived, the room wasn’t very clean, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. With some improvements to cleanliness, more accurate photos and the remodeling they seem to be doing, this could be a great place to stay, but as it stands, it fell short of what was advertised.

We arrived to initial room at 2am and had a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom with severe water damage/drooping ceiling, water everywhere on the floor, stains on the pillow cases, and smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. After the room change, the 2nd room didn’t smell like smoke but still had stained pillows, overall room looked dirty. Booked a different hotel within minutes and left Central Phoenix Hotel by 3am. Front desk was accommodating and apologetic and had no difficulties getting a refund for my two night stay when calling the next morning. The staff were pleasant but the pictures on website were definitely deceiving.
