We arrived at the hotel on Tuesday 18 at 3pm and the front desk lady give me the room 125, worst room i ever been (old furnish and destroyed, old carpet, old curtains) but the worse happened on Wednesday 19 at 3am someone opened the door, but he or she can’t get into, thanks to the security lock at the top of the door, I woke up very scared and yelled “this is my room what’s going on” and the person goes away, a few minutes later a security guard of the motel knock at my door asking me why am I doing there ? and I told him that’s the room gave it to me when arrived and ask me to go to the lobby to verify at 3:15am !! when I arrive to the front desk a guy check it and confirm that was a mixed up room with other guest and told me as a courtesy for the inconvenience wasn’t been charged for the stay, you have to be careful with this could be happened something worse, until now i haven't received a reimburse for the worst stay

Terrible! Please don’t waste your time walked in with my family walked right back out 20 mins later. Homeless standing everywhere rooms smell of cigarettes and expired food and mold. Mold everywhere in bathrooms. Opened the fridge found maggots and fruit flies. Dirty sheets and beds. Seriously don’t waste your time. NOT SAFE!

The hotel is neglected, and I had added an additional night that upon check in was cancelled. No accommodations were offered and came back the next day to check in. at the time of check a break in was occurring and security was called and had me waiting for a long time so needless to say I requested for my money back and cancelled by resevation right there and then.

The room was non smoking but had a very heavy smoke smell. The sheets were dirty. There was a paper towel in the kitchen with bllood on it. There was a fake nail on the floor in the bathroom. Overall very dirty and run down.

I arrived at 2am from Northern California and was driving for 30 hours. All I wanted was to check in and get in bed. Well. It was dirty and disgusting and there was no way I could stay. I checked out and found me somewhere else to stay. This hotel should not be allowed to stay open . The rooms were disgusting.

Unsafe area. Pet urine stains on carpet. Urine smell in room. Asked staff for cleaning supplies to limit the smell was told there was no cleaning supplies for us to use but we could buy our own. Staff made us feel like we were asking for too much when we just wanted air freshener. Light switches broken. Electrical wiring exposed. When we would leave the room, the key would stop working. We would have to go to the office and get our key reprogrammed in order to enter the room

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and absolutely wreaked of stale old cigarette smoke. Only half of the lights and outlets worked. The room safe didn't work. The carpet was held down with duct tape. There was black mold in the bathroom.
