We had to wait over 2 hours for a bath towel because they ran out and the hotel wasn’t even busy. The breakfast was terrible. Super dry eggs. Asked to have a wakeup call the morning we were leaving and never received one. When checking out the attendant on duty said oh we don’t do that. Stayed 5 nights and would not stay again! Super noisy also due to highway.

Ask for a room away for the highway! We didn't sleep good in Room # 100 and we could hear tha vans passing by. Breakfast was great in the morning. Make sure you get your refundable security deposit back.

The city turned off the water for the ongoing construction. The hotel seemed unimpressed with doing anything about it. Kept blaming the city. Come 6am, still no water so no way to take a shower or use the facilities. Very concerning. I had a conference to get ready for. Health and Safety (no fire sprinklers) out the window. With the construction running all night, no sleep having to listen to this. This should have been disclosed upon booking. Absolutely a terrible experience. Don’t feel like I should’ve been forced to pay full charge to only be able to get a couple hours of sleep.

The lady at the front desk has an attitude if you ask her for towels anything about the Wi-Fi? Nobody wants to help you. Nobody wants to do anything if you lock yourself out have fun trying to find a worker to let you in.
