There was a truck always parked by the entrance. We could use the driveway to drop off my mother by the entrance she has to walk from the parking lot. I only mention this because we were taking a break from the 18 days at hospital my mother had been.

The hotel was clean, cute little DOVE toiletries, but really it was as the reviews said; breakfast was AMAZING. Indoor pool was nice. Our neighbors were loud and air conditioner made noise rattling but we enjoyed our stay, AGAIN great breakfast!

Great staff and provided enough towels for two ladies with long hair. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking and the air conditioning was good. Breakfast from 6-9 with eggs, potatoes, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, bagels, cereal, and fruit. Would recommend as a go to in Phoenix off 17 and Dunlap.

Clean and good value, decent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants, but it's in a undeveloped/construction area across the freeway, so not easily walkable.

Front desk clerk was very nice and patient. The room was clean but it did have a little smell coming from the A/C or carpet I’m sure that’s just because some tenants don’t follow the NO SMOKING POLICY not the hotels fault. Breakfast was decent , there were options to choose from. Close to entertainment and food. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars . Oh they do take an $100 deposit don’t expect to see it back in your account right away !
