I booked a room with 3 beds (2 Queens and a pull out sofa) I even paid extra to have that specific room type. When I checked in, I was told that they had no rooms available with what I booked. The room they had to put me in had only 2 Queen beds. I checked in around 4pm so it wasn’t because I got to the hotel late. I wasn’t offered any compensation and paid for a room I didn’t even get. Very frustrating and disappointing. Definitely won’t be back.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was great. I did find a few hairs on my towels. We were told the room is cleaned every other day but I had to call the front desk every time I needed the room clean. On the day we left we had 3 sets of dirty towels on the bathroom floor. My biggest complaint is cleanliness & a good cleaning schedule.

Clearly, a brand new hotel. In fact, I think I was the first to stay in the room. My TV was not set up so I was unable to watch it. Called the front desk someone supposed to go up there never happened. The time zone wasn’t even programmed on the TV. Another complaint there is no side entrance from the parking lot. You literally have to walk from the parking all the way to the front. Kind of silly for such a large hotel they would not have a side entrance from parking lot. You can exit from the side entrance, but there’s no entry. I know minor details but when you’re traveling with bags, it’s important.

The dining / bar staff were great especially the staff my first night on the 24th. The burger was delicious. The single most disappointing issue was that the pool was closed my entire stay! I booked it for this very reason! It’s winter and it’s warm in Phoenix. I came from -25 weather, it found it unprofessional that I wasn't even notified by email a few days before. I stayed from December 24th to 29th and my room was only refreshed once (the first 2 days 24th & 25th I put the Dnd sign up). Yesterday, Dec 28th I got a knock with a loud voice “room service?!” from the cleaning manager (waking me up) at 9:15am asking if I wanted room service, I said “yes please, give me a little bit”. I was out by 10am… checked in around noon, they haven’t touched my room no problem. I gave some hints by leaving a garbage bag outside. Came back at 2pm, garbage bag gone but my room still hadn’t been touched - I left another bag of garbage outside and went back in the lobby. I wanted to be back in my room so at 4pm I went back up - garbage bag was gone again, room untouched. The maid was next door but I couldn't wait any longer so I went in and put the DND sign out. The gym was fantastic, there’s no room service for ppl who care about this. The top golf suite was fantastic.

The entrance/parking is a tiny bit confusing but this was an absolutely gorgeous hotel, the food and drinks are great, and they even have a top golf sim! We will be staying here again!
