There was nothing positive to say. In no way matched the listing. While it listed Parking 1st come 1st serve but cannot park in driveway or in front of garage. So you had to park outside the security gate and then walk around the property to the entrance gate to get to your unit. Curtains on sliding glass door not large enough to provide privacy. Left a box spring and mattress (which dirty sheet) leaning against wall. Claimed it was for "additional guest" even though the reservation was specifically for one person. Provided a hot plate for cooking which had not been cleaned in years. Provided frying pan that was so scratched it couldn't be used. Provided one fork. Freezer was a block of ice. When reported was told to unplug and let defrost for a couple hours. Hairs on floor in bathroom. Bathroom towels were stained. Did not dare use the shower. Outdoor patio table could not be used because it was broke and all the laminate was peeling off. Checked out after the first night of a 6 night reservation, informed Property Manager (EVOLVE) of checkout and all the issues and their response was to offer $30 compensation and refused to reimbursement for the remaining 5 nights.
