The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff great but when yo check in, we were told we 'can' take our own suitcases, and when we asked is anybody going to help with suitcases, they showed us the cart that we can use that, so other than that everything was good

This hotel was great. I wish where you pull your vehicle into for valet was bigger but other than that it is wonderful. Beautiful design and amazing staff. Convenient walk or short cab ride to anything.
