We had a really comfortable stay here and would definitely come back. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, especially after long days out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Breakfast was convenient and had a good variety to start the day without any stress. There is a parking fee, which is something to keep in mind when booking, but overall it was a great, reliable option for our stay. 😊

Great location However! This was my first time @ this hotel in a room with so many bugs. My kids were so scared, we spent all day out and most of our evenings out to assure they won't get scared or see the bugs.

We only did an overnight stay, but the room was clean, the front desk woman was nice and welcoming, and the layout was nice. If I have any critiques, it’s that they ensure the computer room is usable. there were three computers and two of them kept freezing. As many times as I restarted them. it didn’t matter and it wasn’t a mouse battery issue either. I used the one that did work, and then was unable to print because it wasn’t connected properly, so I kind of just gave up. In addition upon booking, I think It should be more clear that the sofa bed is actually a sofa/trundle bed. I had assumed it was a pull out sofa bed instead.

Most of the staff was very kind. The room was just okay. Bed were uncomfortable.. water was lukewarm at best. Couldnt turn on bathroom light at night for fear of waking anyone up because it lit up the whole room. Bathroom door did not slide closed all the way.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and large. Super close to Sesame Place. Picked hotel based on indoor pool hot tub but Indoor pool needs renovating. Hot tub didn’t work. Room with pool was too cold to even enjoy the pool. Could not use Netflix on tv. Dominos won’t deliver to the hotel. Breakfast was good though. And breakfast staff was very nice. Parking was only $10.
