The room was dirty, hair in the shower, dust all over countertop, hallways smelled, stains on bed, and furniture looks like it was chewed on.

The hotel was clean and as expected. My only complaint is that I paid extra to do late check out and the front desk staff genuinely came knocking on my door to kick me out despite paying for late check out… it was odd. I would stay again but probably wouldn’t waste money on late check out.

This hotel was horrible I checked in for a night just to relax and there was blood on my room floor. I went to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms because if the blood the front desk guy was so rude and tried to tell me it was not blood. I took a picture and showed him and he argued with me until I requested my money back. He was so rude about giving me a refund and was so rude I would never ever ever book this place again.

I made a reservation and received confirmation. I was lied to by the hotel staff. I was told that Expedia had canceled my reservation. I found myself at midnight in the rain with nowhere to go. Expedia did not cancel my reservation as stated. The hotel staff did so and left me stranded. I was very dissatisfied. The hotel clerk was courteous.
