The lobby and room were clean, the front desk staff were friendly, the place was overall nice, and breakfast was good. The only downside was that there was no shampoo or bar soap in the room but luckily I had my own so I didn't bother calling down for some.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient. However, towels were a constant issue during our stay. There were no pool towels available, and our room only had two towels for a family of four. When I requested more, I was told they were in the dryer and even had to be placed on a “list” for towels the next day. Management should make sure basics like towels are always available.

I’ve stayed here many times I loved it.. The staff was very polite. The rooms were clean. The only thing that happened this time was I asked for more towels and they told me they didn’t have any. I’m not sure if it’s because it was Labor Day weekend then they were completely sold out, but we were four people in the room and we only had two towels. Not so serious but that was the only thing that happened…

I booked this hotel mainly because of its convenient location—Sesame Place is right across the street, which made getting to the park incredibly easy. There are also a decent number of food options nearby, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. I ended up checking out a night early because I just couldn’t get comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. There were smudged fingerprints on the mirror, brown stains on the curtains, and the bathroom was downright unsanitary. The toilet had dried urine stains on both sides and visible fecal stains inside. It was absolutely disgusting and made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant.
