My first time at a hostel and it wont be my last. Staff was friendly and explained the rules and where everything was. Hostels are "self serve" and they had great accommodations and amenities. I booked an 18 bed dorm by accident but rolled with it. Everyone respected everyone's space. Room and bathrooms were very clean.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice. Only negative was that the bed was very worn, old, and uncomfortable. The fitted bed sheets was also old worn, and the elastic was so old that it was not able to stay on the bed

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly during check-in and check out. They helped me find a parking spot as well during check-in. They maison good hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. The lobby area is vibrant and has good seating, kitchen and pool table to spend time. My only concern was that the linens provided, especially the towel, was roughed up and looked old. They were clean tough. Also note that there are no elevators. So accessibility may be a concern for people with disabilities.
