Important Information & House Rules



Damage Coverage: Every reservation includes a $69 Damage Protection Plan, covering up to $150 in accidental property damage.



Parking: No on-site parking is provided. Metered and paid street parking options are available nearby.



Identity & Guest Verification:

- Primary bookers must be at least 21 years old and reside at the unit for the full duration of the reservation.

- All staying guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID.

- You may be asked to complete our verification portal and a standard background check prior to arrival.

- Verification data is used strictly for safety screening and is never stored or shared. Check-in details are released upon successful completion.

- Deadlines: Complete verification within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Unverified bookings may be canceled.



Rental Agreement: Guests must sign our standard rental terms prior to check-in to confirm agreement with house policies.



Pet Policy: Pets are welcome upon prior approval. Please disclose pets before arrival to ensure seamless check-in. Pet cleaning fees apply per pet:



1–4 nights: $35/day

5–29 nights: $250 flat fee

30+ nights: $400 flat fee
