The "La Meridiana" residence is just a few steps from Lake Garda, the public beach, and the town center of Peschiera. The complex features a beautiful communal pool with its own lounge chairs. The apartment is on the first floor and is perfect for a family or group vacation for up to 6 people!

The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker.

The patio door leads to a private covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, offering a beautiful view of the greenery and the residence’s swimming pool.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms:

- a double bedroom equipped with a spacious closet, a mirror, air conditioning, and a safe

- a bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed), equipped with a spacious closet, a mirror, and air conditioning

Guests can conveniently park their car in the private covered parking lot at the residence. There is also a free public parking lot directly in front of the residence. Two bicycles are available for rent.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May through mid-September.

The residence is located about a 15-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk from the center of Peschiera del Garda, and a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Various attractions are within easy reach: amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and the CanevaWorld water park; the Sirmione peninsula; the Chervò Golf Club (a 10-minute drive); Parco Sigurtà; the famous Terme di Sirmione; and the nearby Terme Villa dei Cedri Colá.

The historic city of Verona is easily accessible by train or car. The train station in Peschiera offers, among other things, access to the express trains on the Milan–Venice route.

Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, a post office, and banks are located in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona Villafranca Airport.
