"There was a lot to like about this hotel. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It’s equidistant from the beach and main part of town, about 5 minutes walk in either direction. There is a pool, and an upper sun deck that faces the lake and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast is really good - lots of choices (though no gluten free options) and if you’re lucky, you might be able to get a table outside and enjoy the lake while eating. Besides breakfast, there is a bar and they serve some food during parts of the day but it’s not a restaurant. The room was clean and the staff were all nice, especially the woman who cleaned our room. Only drawback was being on the first floor was noisy (hotel noise, not street noise) and the window is partially blocked for privacy. It seems like a higher floor would be better and some looked like they might even have private balcony’s. The other thing to note is that the parking lot is tight and could require some strong parallel parking skills, and if you have a very large SUV, you may need to find an alternative."
