Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The apartment was terrible. There was mold in the bottom of the fridge. Dirty extractor fan above the cooker, cigarette burns on the furniture, covers on the chairs were hiding the horrendous state of the chairs, a chipped tin mug in the cupboard, a dirty pot left in the cupboard, the laminate flooring in the bedroom has moved and left gaps, stains on the bed sheets. No bulb in the bedside lamp, Light shade missing from ceiling light. The radiators are in a terrible state. It was that bad we asked SG Apartments to move us. (they were very helpful) Terrible state. Positive, the toilet was very reasonable, although there was a ladder in the corner. The pool was empty which we were not told about. Very noisy road.
