The hotel was clean and the staff including manager owner was great. The only reason I didn’t give five stars across the board because it is being renovated and the dust from the renovation was present. I highly recommend this place particularly at the price point.

Nice place. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue would be that whatever they clean with is hard on the nose. Otherwise, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Recently renovated through out the hotel. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The desk clerk/owner? , was very friendly and helpful. Had a little problem with the tv,but it was taken care of immediately. AC worked as it should.

The shower pressure was wonderful. It was a wonderful place for a one-night stay while traveling from one place to another. The beds were comfy. It was clean and met the basic needs. There weren't extras like lots of power outlets. There were outlets, but not multiple ones at the bedside for charging purposes. Overall, we were pleased.

The hotel is currently being remodeled. The room we had was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed 4 nights and will return the next time we are in the area.

The property was under renovation but our room was in excellent condition! New carpet, great king sized bed, nice fresh smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever pass that way again.

This is an excellent cost effective hotel. The owners are new. They are making improvements. My room was refinished with nice tile floor, new firm bed, clean sheets and bedspread. The landscaping was redone. They are still working on renovations of some parts of the hotel. I recommend this for a good cost effective spot in Milton. Easy walk to the Thursday farmers market and some good restaurants.
