Perfect for families, this 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhome sleeps 6 and features a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, balcony views & 2 kayaks. Relax by the serene water, swim in the pool, or explore nearby Perdido Key Beaches & local restaurants. Everything you need for an unforgettable coastal getaway!



Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks, (2) Paddles, adult and youth Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, Private highspeed Wi-Fi, TV's in Living Room and both Bedrooms; each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.



Within the Community: Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the Heated Pool, clubhouse/Gym, and community beach areas, all by utilizing the connecting boardwalk!

1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 guests. No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people and the sleeper sofa for (1-2) people.



2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets.



3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian.
