There are two double beds in one room and two single beds in the other. Both rooms have TV's that are connected to WI-FI and you can stream your favorite shows or gaming on them. The downstairs bedroom has a Queensize bed with en-suite bathroom that includes a stand alone shower. The Florida Sun Room has a queen size sofa sleeper and bean bag chair bed, which is perfect (and preferred sleeping among kids). There is a dining table that seats 8 in the living/dining area and another high-top table in the kitchen which seats 4. A separate coffee bar with a regular drip pot and a Keurig single serve for single cup coffee, tea or iced coffees.
