Quaint, quiet, and comfy 3 BR and 2 Bath mobile home located in river accessible gated community on the Colorado River having 5 minute walk from home to the water. Pool, private beach and boat launch are within the community with passes included. Bluewater Casino is located five minutes from this river community. Summer time activities include boating, fishing, jetskiing, beachtime. Off-roading activities are popular here as well. A short drive into Laughlin and Las Vegas in Nevada and Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Phoenix in Arizona.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Made The Best of It

It’s unfortunate to say but we were unable to stay at this location due to an air conditioning issue that was out of the hosts hands. However, hostess Mary was amazing with her communication and went above and beyond to ensure we had another location to stay at immediately. Her timeliness and resourcefulness really made working with her comforting and easy. She processed a full refund for me on the spot with no questions asked. We look forward to working with her in the future for our next Parker visit!
