Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Colorado River. Three bedroom, two bath mobile home with enough parking for your toys, whether it's a boat trailer or a trailer of sand toys. Additional parking for up to two more regular sized vehicles. Completely enclosed private patio in the backyard with gas grill and seating.

Please be aware - this property is NOT on the "Parker Strip" but only a few miles away if you choose to trailer your boat up to one of the public launch ramps. Our gated community provides you with access to our launch ramp and river front beaches BELOW Headgate Dam. Please make sure you are familiar with the water levels on this part of the river.

This newly acquired property is undergoing some updates - furniture and décor may be updated by the time you arrive. Property will be ready for our 2025/26 snowbird season.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
