A private house of 120 m2 in the heart of Paris. Full of charm, atypical and very spacious, the house is for a family looking for calm, generous spaces, light, greenery and the soul of the place.
Please note that the stairs are without railings, unsecured for a baby.

ACCOMMODATION
Our very spacious house is located in a lively area of the 15th arrondissement a stone's throw from a large square and small shops. It is nestled in a backyard in the middle of the vegetation and in absolute calm.

We put the entire house (120 M2) at your disposal: large common living room, open kitchen, 3 large separate bedrooms; the whole is articulated around a patio in a courtyard, set back from the buildings.

We rent our house where we live with our children and ask for respect for the place. We are very attached to beautiful books and art objects, ready to share them as long as everyone takes great care of them.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with an oven and a stovetop. There's a private patio. Conveniences include an electric kettle and a washing machine.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as a living plant wall.
