I cannot say enough good things about this property. 4 rooms and a couch the size of manhattan, you can sleep 3 people on it honestly if you are trying to fit more. One thing the listing doesnt tell you, is that you have a view of the Eifel tower from 3 of the rooms and from the balcony of one of the rooms. The property is beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need. Its close enough to walk to the arc and Eifel, great non-touristy restaurants. Also, the owner is absolutely lovely and helpful. If I could give more than 10 I would!

This unit advertises air/conditioning but two of the 4 bedrooms do not have units in the room. The unit in the main living room is not strong enough to reach the bedrooms without air units. If you are visiting in summer when temps can get above 85 fahrenheit, you might want to pick a different place. Also, make sure to ask if the elevator is working. Unit is on 5th floor and elevator did not work during our entire stay. Also, if you are unhappy with anything during your stay, be sure to advise host immediately and negotiate in person, as she is pretty inflexible after the stay is over. Other than the air conditioning, the elevator, AND the power being shut-off and not receiving clear, timely instruction from host on how to restore power on a European electrical box, this is a nice apartment in a safe neighborhood.
