The room was very clean! Bath robes were provided. There was great lighting in the bathroom especially if you have to do makeup. The staff was really friendly and even kept our luggage before and after our check in and check out times. I will definitely stay here again

I find it inadmissible to have rooms on 6 floors but an elevator that goes only up to the fourth floor, AND not disclose it to Expedia so that the customer can make an informed decision. My room was on the 6th floor, I had to lift two heavy suitcases 2 floors on two occasions and I would have preferred not to do this. Had I known, I would have either chosen a different room or chosen a different hotel. What made things worst, there was no staff to assist with this. My room was also pretty beaten up.

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with any request. The hotel is walkable to cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel room was spacious for Europe and very clean.

This was a small, quaint, and enjoyable property- convenient to so many things including the Metro, cafes, grocery stores, shopping and attractions. We did the breakfast buffet two mornings and found it offered a nice variety. At the end of a day of walking and site seeing, we loved sitting next door at the cafe, enjoying a drink and taking in the neighborhood. Coming from the states, we found the bathroom and shower to be smaller than we were used to, but we encountered that in other European properties as well due to the historical age of the building. Based on all the positives, we would stay at this location again.

It was right next to the metro which was convenient. Also close to many great areas for shopping and eating. Beds were comfortable but room felt old. Also shower was extremely small. Overall experience was great and would stay here again.
