Had an amazing stay here! The receptionists Sereen and Hajr were friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast in our room and it was very tasty. It is in an amazing location with cute cafes and shops. Close to a metro station. The lift is working and our rooms were clean and in good condition.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were merely adequate because they are small. Two single beds and they were basic mattresses. Shower was very small but the hot water worked great and the shower head was very nice. Location of hotel was excellent - very convenient to the Metro, shopping, bakeries, and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a great location. The staff is friendly. They were doing renovations while we were there so we had to go to a nearby hotel for breakfast and the lift was not working. Despite these little inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the area is quite but convenient.
