R & R by the Beach, a gorgeous house located in Tranquil Shores, features new flooring throughout and new tile work in the bathrooms. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families and kids. Sleeping 10 guests comfortably. The first floor has a master with a king bed, private balcony access, and a spa-like bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. A guest room with a queen bed, the bunk room with a sleeper sofa, and the laundry room are all on the first floor. The second floor living and kitchen are bright and open. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen smart TVs. The backyard has a fire pit, plenty of seating, and a grill. This house has everything you need and more!

Tranquil Shores is a quiet cul-de-sac community, ideally located in Seacrest. It backs up to Camp Creek Golf Course. Only six, quaint cottage - style homes are in the neighborhood sharing the deeded beach access with private walkover and private community swimming pool. You'll be close to amenities of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach to the east, and the Hub and Seaside to the west. You will love the easy access to 30A that will take you to Destin, malls, and restaurants in minutes.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from the last week in May to the first week in August. We offer 5-night rentals first week of March to the last week in April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Reservations for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
