The showers floors were filthy as were the drains, the vents were full of debris, there were ants all over the kitchen, the gate code was wrong when we went to enter the property to get to the home, waited almost an hour to get in, communication was sparce, will not book with this group again.We love Emerald Pointe Resort, we stay here every time, this resort is amazing as are the people who live there -
