Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here.

Lovely property and really friendly staff. Our apartment was nice but very tired. Air conditioner was slow. Bathroom was very dated. A large gap around sliding door means you can hear everything in the bathroom. Overall apartment was nice and sited next to pool. Snack bar was good. Self service was helpful. All inclusive was good but only includes drinks with dinner. Bar prices are reasonable. The only downside was we found a cockroach in our bedroom

One of my worst hotel experience.

It was rated as a 4star on your website but I disagree completely. At best, it is a 3star. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness was a write off. No entertainment- no matter how subtle and the food was quite basic. The hotel staff are not prepared to host international tourists. We were disappointed. I wanted to leave as soon as I checked in. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. The next morning at 7am the kettle blew the electric fuse, so scrambled about in dark to sort it. We were given a new one later in the day. The apartments need an update as very old fashion, but the size is great. The staff were really good, especially Miguel from Sevilla. Nothing was to much trouble. The Christmas Day gala meal was outstanding and so much fresh fish and prawns, we were in our element. Food overall was very good. It is a few minutes walk to beach and bars, plus to a bus stop for Palma. The bar area where the evening entertainment was held didn’t have enough tables and chairs which meant sometimes we had to sit on bar stools, which as elderly people wasn’t satisfactory. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Zimmer war extrem herunter gekommen. Kaputte Stellen, Dreck an den Wänden. Matratze kamen bereits die Federn durch. Außerdem total hellhörig. Darüber habe ich mich auch beim hotel beschwert. Aber es kamen keine Lösungsansätze sondern nur allgemeines bla bla. Jeden Tag zwischen 8 und 9 kam die Putzfrau, und hat laut auf den Gängen herum gebrüllt. Es wurden Möbel hin und her geschoben, und durch die Hellhörigkeit hat man das Gefühl gehabt es war im eigenen Zimmer, selbst Ohropax haben nichts geholfen wenn das los ging. Gefühlt hat alles vibriert (Videos liegen vor). Ausschlafen war nicht möglich, nicht mal am 1.1 Rücksicht würde keine genommen. Selbst Gespräche der Nachbarn konnte man hören. Würde das hotel nicht mehr buchen. Wenn dann nur Studios oder appartements. Aber keine normalen Zimmer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann mit dem Bus (A2) vom Flughafen in unmittelbare Nähe fahren. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider werden in den verschiedenen Portalen für die Urlaubsbuchung augenscheinlich nur Bilder der höherpreisigen Zimmer gezeigt. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind schmal - vielleicht 2,5m breit. Und vor allem, die zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Alles was im Flur oder im Nachbarzimmer passiert, kann man hören. Ein Balkon war vorhanden (rauchen darauf erlaubt - ob vor-oder Nachteil muss jeder selber entscheiden). Die Bäder haben alles notwendige, eine Dusche sogar mit "Miniwanne". Sind jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt einen Snackautomaten im Keller und auch einen Geldautomaten. Sauna, Pool und Fitnesscenter sind vorhanden. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten, jedoch ist der Geschmack sicherlich nicht für jeden. Das Abendessen wechselt täglich. Leider wird sich jedoch nicht die Mühe gemacht, vegetarische Speisen zu kennzeichnen, was zum beispiel dazu führte, das man in einem vermeintlichen Salat kleine Stücke Fisch bzw. Hühnchen hatte. Auch ist es "nur" warm, bzw. sogar teilweise kalt (Nudeln stehen nicht auf eine Wärmeplatte). Kommt man nicht direkt 18:30Uhr kann es auch passieren, dass man sich mit den "Resten" zufrieden geben muss. Zusammengefasst: Lage und Mitarbeiter sind super, Essen und Zimmer sind akzeptabel aber sicher nicht perfekt.
