Fantastic Majorcan house located in the residential area of Génova, in Palma de Mallorca, impresses with its outdoor area, its views and its magnificent architecture. This charming house is decorated with warm and cozy colors, located in the middle of nature, a few kilometers from the center. It has a spacious living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room. It offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the upper floor there are two rooms, on the middle floor there are two rooms, on the ground floor there is one room and there is an exterior room. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, Television. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Overall very nice Villa with everything you need, a little bit far from Palma if you dont have a car, but thats just preference
