Overall a nice hotel. Walking distance to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Sometimes you could here people outside in the hallway or the street outside, otherwise it was quiet. I Could stay here again if I visit Palma again

We stayed at JS Palma Plaza Hotel for seven days and had a great experience. The location is excellent for getting around Palma and for public transport connections. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
