In the recent refurbishment they have missed a few bits out. Some suggestions: hooks on doors, a table in the bathroom or flat surface. Ventilation; our neighbours kept cooking fish, which made our apartment stink, had to sleep with windows open on a really busy party street. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. Average overall. Pool was nice, staff were lovely. Refreshments weren’t topped up and no cleaner came.

Budget hotel in a touristy part of town

We stayed in an XL balcony room which was nice. The layout is strange with the wardrobe next to the kitchen so you can’t cook without the smells getting into your clothes. The bed is comfortable, however you only get one pillow and the sheets and duvet don’t stay together which is annoying. The hotel has been recently refreshed, however you can see where they have just painted over cracked plaster and the bathroom is awful. Horrible old tiles and an open shower which just floods the bathroom every time. The staff are brilliant! Ruth was amazing when we checked in, super friendly and helpful. All hotel staff should be like Ruth. The hotel is in a touristy area and it is noisy. But you can see on the map that there is bars and restaurants so this shouldn’t come as a surprise - I didn’t mind except on Sunday morning at 05:00 when one of the bars closed and people were just screaming in the street. Not the hotels fault at all, but something to be aware of. For the price, I probably would stay again.

Ideal city stay with rooftop pool and bar

We stayed for three days at Gomila Palma Apartments and were very satisfied with our experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we received helpful information right away. The location is central, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants, bars, and 24-hour supermarkets within walking distance. Despite being in the city center, our room was perfectly quiet. It was clean, nicely furnished, and included a small kitchen with a fridge. We also enjoyed the balcony with a table and two chairs, which had sun in the mornings — perfect for breakfast outside. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, with plenty of available sunbeds, and the rooftop bar (open from 11 to 20) was a nice spot to relax with a drink. The blackout curtains were excellent, keeping both sunlight and heat out when needed. Overall, a great stay that we would happily recommend. We will come back here next time too.

We were greeted by Ruth at the front desk and she was so welcoming, she answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions for place to eat. The room was very nice and spacious, was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at. We went up to the roof top pool and bar and enjoyed some refreshing cocktails after our busy day. Would definitely go back!

Great hotel, worth every penny

Literally no idea how our stay correlates with some of the other reviews! Yes we heard music, but it was a dull noise and certainly not overheard once the tv was on and ended relatively early. Rooftop is AMAZING, great prices on food and drink and a great pool to cool off, only downside was the toilet door wouldn’t lock. Staff were very attentive and no request was too much, nice coffee from the reception coffee machine and the vending machines were a nice touch (albeit did not accept our cards) Local area is not a thriving hustle bustle hub, but more of a quiet street offering food / drink with busier amenities within a 15 minute walk. City accessible in 30 minutes by foot or quicker from the bus stop 2 mins from the hotel. Ideal stay for a city on your doorstep but some quiet daytime vibes, the castle is an added bonus, just take water if it’s a hot day.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super kind and always at your service with any questions! They allowed me to continue enjoying the pool after check out which was super helpful considering i had a late flight with time to kill. As a solo woman, i felt pretty safe but it is located on a busy street and nights can be noisy!

Nice stay, easy walk to shops, food, and cathedral. Located above cafes/ bars. Would recommend contacting for parking beforehand as we weren’t aware you have to park on street if no onsite parking is available. Overall a good experience!

Newly opened apart hotel with 24/7 reception, sitcom and kitchen in the room, lift. There’s a locker room on the ground floor, coffee machine and water dispenser. 20 min walk from the centre or a 10 min bus ride. Definitely recommend. There’s also an old castle 15 min walk from the hotel with amazing views.

We only stayed for one night before an early flight home, but this was the perfect hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and it was obvious they’d been recently refurbished. Some of our party checked out the pool and said it was great. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. My only negatives, and they’re not the end of the world - during checkin it seemed excessive to want passports and details of all guests - other properties usually just want it for the lead guest. Whilst the location is good it was quite loud during the night due to the neighbouring bars.
