Charging $40.00 for early check-in at 1:05 pm is ridiculous. I have stayed at the Hilton and Riviera in Palm Springs multiple times where i have checked in at 8:00 am with no charge.

We got one room and there was mold on the ceiling and in the bathtub. We went to another room but the door wouldn't open so we went to a third room and it was okay not very clean a lil beat up for sure and they say they have a bar but it's not open I think only for events

Lots of parking. Staff was cold, except for the security guard manning the front office at 4am. Arrived to a shower/bath with wet rags throughout and mildew smell in the room. My bed had some level of things that bite; mites or some type of bug as I felt itchy and found 4-5 bug bites all on my hands and on my elbow. I wasn't even under any covers and was clothed (just my arms under the pillows). Chose to go sleep in my car. The next morning I informed the staff, and they indicated they would clean the room. Upon returning the room was clean and had the minimum you'd need. My conference had me out from 8am until 10pm, so admittedly, it was mainly just a place to park my car and have my belongings. Giving it a 2 star as I've been in far worse, but it wasn't a great experience.

Location is great, near downtown Palm Springs. Room is small but clean and has free parking. Front desk staff is very friendly; she provided us with options on room location (we selected 2nd floor/away from main street); she checked us in quickly. We were in Palm Springs for 2 nights only, mainly to meet friends and attend events. It was a popular weekend; other regular hotels in the area increased their rate up to $400 to $500 a night. We just need a place where we can sleep, and shower and this hotel is a good place for those reasons.

For $280 a night I expected more...much more. It wasn't that it was a bad stay per se due to cleanliness or service, just insanely overpriced, and the photos did not match the motel. It was a like a Motel 6 that got a slight upgrade. This is more of a $99/night motel. On a positive note--it had a nice pool area with cabanas and a hot tub...something you don't see at a Motel 6, but the rest of the experience down to no coffee makers in the room -- only available in the lobby for a few hours each morning -- was a Motel 6 experience. I did some research and found that Oyo, the Indian company that owns Infusion, also owns Motel 6 now, which would explain the eerily similar experence at nearly triple the price point.

They changed me to a better room as the sink wasn’t working. However the place was pretty dumpy nothing like the l’oasis next door where I stay this last April. I won’t be going back ever.
