This place is nothing more than a motel with a few Instagram worthy decorated walls. The three stars go to the very kind and accommodating staff, and the pool area that included floaties and a decently remodeled bathroom. The rooms might have some new paint and light fixtures, but that's about it. If you're looking for kind customer service and are ok with basically a Motel 6 vibe, this place works. If you're looking for a hotel, not a motel, go elsewhere.

The room was just atrocious. So rundown and filthy. They have no elevator for your luggage and it rained there was a huge puddle when going up the stairs you had to walk in to get up them. Just the worst experience of my life.

The hotel has few amenities - coffee is available in the lobby, no breakfast. The room was very simple, just large enough for us to walk around the beds. We didn't use the pool because it was cool and rainy. It is an old-style motel where the bathroom is at the back and seems dark and stagnant. We were there three days and did not have any visit by housekeeping for towels or trash. However, it was affordable and adequate for our stay.

This is a good, but not great, lower budget boutique-type hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Yhe hotel has basic rooms made nicer with wood accents and stylish upgrades. Check in was easy. They some rooms that face the inner pool area, we didn't get one, but might be a few dollars more, but recommend, especially in downstairs, so you can step out your door to the pool area. It was New Years, and the jacuzzi was large and great, but the pool wasn't heated and was freezing.

Room is average size! Nice and clean and minimal! The lighting is moody which i liked and was different than other hotels! Check in was a breeze! Staff was friendly! Floor on first floor in pool courtyard has fence with thick brushes so it feels private! View of mountains was a pleasant surprise! Very peaceful one the cloudy/rainy day we spent up here just relaxing! Complex is quiet with no traffic noise or foot traffic across the complex, even when parking is full and hotel is booked out full! Would definitely stay here again! Don’t think book now!
