Fees are non refundable once paid. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season. Pool operating hours are from 7am-10pm. Please note that pool chemicals are used to maintain the pool in a good condition. Guest is to use pool at their own discretion and owner is not responsible or liable for any medical issues that derive from sensativity to pool chemicals.
