The people were nice, and as helpful as they could be. We received an extra charge days after we checked out. We will be disputing it and reversing the charge, as we have the receipt from check out. The carpet stinks. Literally smells bad. Also, we were put into room 209 and random clunking sounds happened all night, waking up my wife several times both nights. We also could hear very time someone got ice from the ice maker and when the ice maker dumped a fresh load of ice. The phone in room 209 did not work, so we had to walk to the lobby to ask anything. We asked to be moved to another room Friday but they said they could not because it was too late in the day. They moved us Saturday to room 227. That room had two queen beds, where 209 had one king bed. The sheets in 227 were so tight that I could not move my feet in them. At least in both rooms the sheets were clean and the rooms were tidy. Minor observations: there was a framing nail sticking out at the bottom of the door frame in the 209 bathroom. The lotion containers were virtually empty. The front door to 209 did not seem tightly closed, though it was safely closed.

One of the worst experiences, trying to get a room at a hotel. When my colleague and I arrived, there was a lady who was clearly upset speaking with The front desk worker that there were cockroaches in her room. She said she was done with the place and walked right out. This was a pretty bad omen on walking into this hotel. A couple of minutes later another customer came down saying that the people next-door to them were loud and somebody needed to do something about it. When we got to our rooms, my colleagues room had cockroaches in it. We immediately packed up our things and went to the front desk and asked for a refund which they were unable to provide. The front desk worker was fairly rude to my colleague, and even suggested that we had brought cockroaches with us or other people had brought cockroaches with them into the hotel. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any hospitality, industry worker.

We stayed in 332 and it was very nice the pool was cold I wish it was heated but on the hot weekends it perfect to take a dip, it was a great stay I would be back again everything was >20 away and lots of things to do around the hotel

Worst experience EVER! The hotel looks and smells filthy. The furniture was stained and the A/C didn’t work at all. When I asked the staff about the A/C they told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it till the morning. Which is understandable, but when asked about switching rooms, they said they wouldn’t be able to do that. So we made it through the night and checkout is at 11am. We weee running behind so at 11:30am, the staff started knocking on door and threatening to charge late fee, which I was fine with. We were packing up and about 15 more min went by and the police were at the door because the hotel wanted to trespass us. TRESPASS?? For being 45 minutes past checkout??? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

My stay at the Quality Inn Palm Bay - Melbourne I-95 was pleasantly surprising for a budget-friendly hotel. The location right off I-95 made it super easy to access, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance—perfect after a long drive. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that helped me get a good night’s rest. The free WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Florida heat. Breakfast was a nice bonus: continental options with hot items like waffles and eggs, coffee available all day, which was convenient. The staff were standout—helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions. The pool area was clean and relaxing, though I didn’t have much time to use it.
