Great large space. Plenty of room for everyone. Karaoke and Media rooms were awesome. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the beach and local ice cream shop.

Three generation family vacation

The property is amazing with a variety of amenities available for all age groups. This is a great place for multigenerational family gatherings. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a bonus with a large group of people. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with the beach just a 5-minute walk away.

Worth visiting for beach lovers

It's worth a review so here it goes: We were visiting after 4 years from another city and were so excited to experience the place after soo long. The house not only rekindled our nostalgia but made us fall in love with the landscape. Would particularly like to praise the themed room and the theater, both added a whole lot of fun to the trip

Fabulous Family Funnnnn!!!

We had such a wonderful family vacation with all of our kids and grandkids in this beautiful home! The little ones loved the themed bedrooms, the pop-a-shot basketball, the arcade, the karaoke room, the theatre room, the beautiful white sand beach, and their own pool! They had the best vacation ever! The villa was so beautiful and spacious and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms! Everything was perfect! We will be back for sure!

Excellent Family Spot

Although we did not have warm weather, everything at the property was great. We were 7 people and had a great choice of rooms. We did not cook, but the hot water, dishwasher, heat and lighting all worked great. We did a family movie in the screening room, the arcade games, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The Harbor Island Club doesnt offer much - no restaurant, golf, tennis, or equipment rentals and we never found the fitness center, but the pool looked fine.

WOW!!! Umm..really tried thinking of something unsatisfactory about this house but couldn't find it. It was my first visit to this area and I found it peaceful. A decent, nice, cozy place for sure. Spacious rooms + clean kitchen. I had to go to the supermarket urgently to get some meds so I was lucky I chose this place. The pool was little but provided great downtime. Have already recommended it to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent Place for vacation

The place was very clean and as excepted. We had two issues ; 1. The outside trash box was not, very filthy contained rotting meat and lots of net & flys. 2. we could not use the karaoke room because we could not locate the TV remote. I also reported these issues to the Villatel customer rep.

Great location, kid friendly.

Cons: 1. You can only park 2 cars at the property, and this is not listed in the description anywhere. This is a huge inconvenience because it is a big house, that can fit a lot of people, so you need the cars to get people there. 2. The internet kept going out so we couldn’t always get the TVs to work. Pros: The house was amazing. So much space for a family reunion. The pool was great and it was a short walk to the community pool, which was super fun and had activities on the weekends. The beach was about a 10 min walk and if you went for sunrise you can see sea turtles. We ran into a few problems, but it was always very easy to get a hold of people and they can very quickly to help resolve issues. Overall great stay.

Stayed in 2 homes, major problems with both

I brought my family and friends to Melbourne for a fun birthday weekend for my daughter where she was having a soccer game. Three of us were bitten by red ants after the 1st night. My daughter had them all over her and got at least 10 bites. The house was infested and there was evidence of prior infestation and knowledge by the property owners.They moved us to a second home the 2nd night. When we went to close up and go to bed, we noticed that the back sliding glass doors had no handle or lock. No one can tell me how we were put in a house with no door handle/lock. It was a back door. The whole situation was creepy.We left and did not stay the 3rd night. The property management offered us 1/2 the price back and a 20% off of future rentals- which we will never use as we will never stay there and do not recommend. I have never left a bad review. But, this experience was awful.
